Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing intravenous lines.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital care.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Assist in medical procedures as required under the supervision of physicians or senior nurses.
Ensure a safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols and maintaining equipment hygiene.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State/Region].
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience.
