Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our clients dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions based on project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, scalable code using programming languages such as Java, C++, Python or other relevant technologies.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in software architecture discussions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of codebase changes for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of development processes by providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role within an agile development environment.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
Experience with version control systems like Git is essential.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Develop and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support scalable and high‑performance applications.
Build dynamic and responsive front‑end interfaces using AngularJS and JavaScript.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with attention to detail – Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written – Ability to work independently while being an effective team player – Familiarity with DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines is advantageous – Knowledgeable about web services (RESTful APIs), databases (SQL/NoSQL)
